Broad Form Policy Benefits: |
Payment of reasonable costs, including, but not limited to, expert witness fees and/or medical record audit fees, utilized in the policyholder’s defense.
Legal fees and expenses paid by FHPLEI on behalf of the policyholder against the limits of the policy are based upon usual and customary fees charged by attorneys with comparable knowledge and experience.
- The maximum amount payable in connection with expert witness fees during the policy year is $3,500.
- The maximum amount payable in connection with professional medical record auditing during the policy year is $5,000.
