Group Med Mal Policy Exclusions:

The following is a partial list of items excluded from policy coverage:

A.	Investigation of acts occurring before the effective date of the policy.
B.	Investigation of acts occurring outside the state of Florida except civil acts relating to Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA or OSHA brought by an agency of the federal government
C.	Actions arising out of the use of narcotics, alcohol, or any other inappropriate or illegal substances.
D.	Actions arising out of any known or intentional fraudulent, dishonest, injurious or other malicious acts or omissions.
E.	Actions or proceedings against contracted and/or Locum Tenens licensed professional staff.
F.	Actions or proceedings against non-licensed, non-certified staff/employees or other Practice staff/employees not specifically listed on the Declaration Page.
