Legal Defense Expense Insurance Individual Policy Exclusions:

The following is a partial list of items excluded from policy coverage:

A.	Investigation of acts occurring before the effective date of the policy.
B.	Failure to provide FHPLEI with appropriate written notification as stipulated in the policy.
C.	Fines, awards, judgments, monetary penalties or any other costs not specifically associated with the terms of the policy.
D.	Investigation of acts by any other agency other than those mentioned in the policy.
E.	Actions arising out of the policyholder's use of narcotics, alcohol, or any other inappropriate or illegal substances.
F.	Actions arising out of any act of moral turpitude.
G.	Actions arising out of any known fraudulent, dishonest, injurious or other malicious acts or omissions.
H.	Criminal investigations except for medical malpractice as defined by Florida law.
